b. Payments
Payments are due as specified in your rental agreement.

Late or missed payments may result in:

• To maintain your unit in good condition
• To follow all posted facility rules and instructions

You are solely responsible for the contents of your storage unit.

3. Access to the Facility
   Access is provided through the procedures described in your rental agreement. We may restrict access for:
   • Non-payment
   • Safety concerns
   • Security requirements
   • Policy violations
4. Security & Surveillance
   Our facility uses onsite security and digital video surveillance.

While we take reasonable measures to safeguard the property, we do not guarantee absolute security, and you store items at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law:
   • We are not liable for damage or loss to stored property due to fire, theft, weather, pests, or other events unless caused by our proven negligence.
   • You are encouraged to maintain your own insurance for stored items.
   • We are not responsible for interruptions to website access or facility services due to maintenance, weather, outages, or other uncontrollable events.
6. User Accounts
   If you create an online account:
   • You must provide accurate information
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
   • You must notify us of unauthorized account access

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Privacy
